On the 20th December 2013, eight brethren from St Laurence Lodge attended a meeting of the Pickwick Lodge No 2467. At the meeting the Master and Officers of the lodge performed a passing ceremony for one of our members, Bro. Michael Smith. The ceremony was carried out in a most excellent manner in a magnificent building, the Old Sessions House in Clerkenwell Green.
This was the last time that Pickwick Lodge will meet at the Old Sessions House as unfortunately the building has been sold and they will be moving to a new masonic centre during 2014.
After the meeting the brethren dined in sumptuous surroundings amidst friends and brothers, enjoying an excellent menu with good wine, boisterous camaraderie and song!
