The Installation Meeting was attended by 57 Brethren and visitors. The Master Elect, Bro. Jon Pyne, was installed with sincerity and eloquence by his nephew, W. Bro. Matt Pyne (the IPM) and his brother, W. Bro. Chris, who carried out the Inner Working. The address to the Master was also delivered by W. Bro. Matt, while W. Bro. Kevin (Jon’s brother-in-law) gave a most confident address to the Wardens. The address to the Brethren was given in a superb manner by W. Bro. Ken Birnie and the total amount raised for charity at the meeting and festive board amounted to the goodly sum of nearly £500.
