At the request of our Master, W. Bro. David West delivered a second cheque, this time for £900, to Corbets Tey School for pupils with complex learning needs. A cheque for £1,000 had previously been presented to the school by David's wife in March this year. He was shown around the school and in particular saw the invaluable but decrepit ’soft play’ area, which is likely to be condemned within months rather than years. The school is using donations to create a new area. The photo is of the headteacher (left) and deputy headteacher with the cheque that David had just given them. They were very grateful indeed and asked David to pass on their thanks to the Master and Brethren.
