At this fourth St Laurence meeting of the year, Bro Perry Sullivan was raised to the sublime degree of a Master Mason.
W Bro Lawrie Morrisson carried out the first part of the ceremony and W Bro David West delivered the Traditional History, ably supported by W Bro Jon Pyne, who gave an explanation of the tracing board. Bro Fraser Betts then gave an excellent explanation of the working tools of a Master Mason and W Bro Len West performed the Walking Charge.
Grand Lodge Certificates were presented to Bros Walt, Bona and Michael by W Bro John Stonely PAGDC in a most informative manner and the lodge was closed by the Master of the Lodge, W Bro Peter Wilks, in perfect harmony.
After the meeting the brethren retired to the bar for a drink before entering the dining room for a hearty meal.
